Our community
Find out more about our plans to build a survivor community
Over the course of our operation, we have worked with many survivors and survivor-campaigners, currently, we have a network of over 100 survivors who have helped to bring about change. We know there is real power in fostering community, not just to influence change, but also to support a person’s healing. For this reason, #NotYourPorn is now working on building a community where survivors:
Feel supported by a community with lived-experience which is trauma informed
Feel empowered
Have social relationships with those who share common experiences
Have a safe space to build connections and to campaign
To work on their wellbeing and healing
To access training and resources in a personal or campaigning capacity
At the moment, we are still in the development process of building our community structure.
We have more than a 100 survivors in our network, who we have helped take action
